There is an example where the pricing is customized based on the form answers -- this would be in the add-on item setup.
There is another example where the plot pricing is pre-set for resident and non-resident categories. This can be set to online purchase where the customer would pay at time of submission, or can be set to Pre-registration, where the customer will receive an invoice after staff manually processes the submission.
