Black River Coliseum Membership
Monthly: Means the membership will be paid for on the day it should be activated and will exist for one month and then become inactive until a new month is purchased.
Monthly EXTENSION: This will create a balance due each month on the user's account and keep their membership active on a rolling monthly. The payment due must be applied manually each month by the user paying in person or logging into their MyRec Account and paying the balance online.
Monthly AUTOMATIC PAYMENT PLAN: This will store a customer's credit card on file and automatically charge it on the same date each month. This membership will become activate a day after it is registered for this first time (payment processing needs one overnight to kick in)
Transfer Over From Old System (Monthly): This is an option to manually move over existing memberships in your system to MyRec. You will need to create the household accounts for each of these members before you can register them - making this a multi-step process.
Until your Merchant is live, you will only be able to process cash or check payments in your system.
