Auburn Parks & Recreation Membership • Register • View Cart •

Auburn Parks and Recreation memberships are available for citizens who live or work in the city of Auburn. There are also daily guest passes available. Several types of membership plans are offered, and we encourage you to read closely to see which plan best suites you and your family.
 
Definitions:
Family – The family membership includes married couples with or without children. A “child” is defined as a dependent enrolled in school through age 22. All adults and children must reside in the same household and share one household account on MyRec.
 
Free Membership – A free membership plan is available and includes free play basketball programs at Boykin, Dean Road (Youth and Seniors Only,) Frank Brown, and Lake Wilmore, along with access to the eSports and Game Rooms at Frank Brown, and the Racquetball court at Frank Brown. While the membership is FREE, you will have to register for the membership via your MyRec account and pick up your access card prior to your first visit.
 
Low-Income – An individual or their child can qualify for the low-income designation of 50% off the resident membership if they receive Medicaid. A current Medicaid card and government issued ID card must be uploaded into your MyRec account prior to your registration for membership for the discount to be applied to your account. After you have uploaded your Medicaid card and government issued ID, please contact registration@auburnalabama.org to receive a discount code.

Once you have purchased your membership online via your MyRec account, you can access your membership card by clicking View Membership Card(s) within your payment receipt. You must visit Frank Brown Recreation Center or the Lake Wilmore Community Center prior to your first visit to receive an access card and take a photo. The photo will be uploaded into your account.
 
Replacement membership cards will cost $30.00 and can be purchased under the Products section of the MyRec site.
 
Any access card not used within a one-year period will be deactivated. This does not mean your membership is revoked, we will simply have to reactivate your card upon your return.
 
*Please note there are NO REFUNDS on any memberships purchased. The membership is non-refundable, and non-transferable, and can only be used by the card holder. If you are a current City of Auburn employee, please call 334.501.2930 to verify your eligibility and a code will be given to you to waive the membership fee in MyRec.
