Zumba Gold - Zumba Gold - Spring 2025 Zumba Gold was designed for the older, active adult, a person who hasn't been exercising in a long time or individuals who may be limited physically. The biggest difference between Zumba Gold and Zumba Basic is that Zumba Gold is done at a much lower intensity. It's just as much fun, just not as fast! Zumba Gold utilizes the same great Latin styles of music and dance that are used in the Zumba basic program, including the Salsa, Cha-Cha, Rock ‘n Roll and Merengue. The Zumba Gold program strives to improve balance, strength, flexibility and most importantly, the heart. Group Fitness Pilates - Group Fitness Pilates - Spring 2025 - Minnie Mouse This mat and wall Pilates workout focuses on the body's core with the aim to improve strength, flexibility, mobility, and posture. This low impact workout focuses not on lifting huge weights and lots of reps, but rather on a steady flow of functional movements that help build muscle tone and improve balance. This workout is easily modified for varying fitness levels as the instructor will offer modifications for the novice participant as well as those with Pilates experience. The foundation of the class is on utilizing your core, which includes your back, hips and thighs. We will also include leg, arm and shoulder exercises for those who desire a full body workout. This hopping hotspot is famous for putting on to-die-for celebrations. The highly-anticipated annual St. Patrick's Day bash is drawing near, and it's almost time to bring out your inner leprechaun and enjoy delicious Irish offerings while partying with the most prominent, beloved, and trendy townsfolk. However, you should proceed with caution at the gathering. Scandals, feuds, and mayhem plagued the last year like no other. People who didn't have a mean bone in their body have become some of the most ruthless, vengeful souls you've ever known. Nevertheless, the pub management expects everyone to cast aside their differences - if only for one enjoyable evening. Then, if all attendees comply, everyone might be safe at the party. You have your ticket to the celebration, and this is where your story begins. Join us for yet another Murder Mystery Party! Character assignments will be sent out at least a week in advance so participants can plan costumes if they wish. $25 per person. Zumba Gold - Zumba Gold - Spring 2025 Zumba Gold was designed for the older, active adult, a person who hasn't been exercising in a long time or individuals who may be limited physically. The biggest difference between Zumba Gold and Zumba Basic is that Zumba Gold is done at a much lower intensity. It's just as much fun, just not as fast! Zumba Gold utilizes the same great Latin styles of music and dance that are used in the Zumba basic program, including the Salsa, Cha-Cha, Rock ‘n Roll and Merengue. The Zumba Gold program strives to improve balance, strength, flexibility and most importantly, the heart. When you take the Zumba Gold class, be sure to wear comfortable workout clothing, take water and a towel, along with a "ready to party" attitude! Water Aerobics - Aqua Tone and Stretch - Session 1 - Spring 2025 Did you know that when you are submerged in water, you can experience up to 80% weightlessness? Water aerobics is a great way to move your body without having as much pressure on your joints due to buoyancy. In the classes offered you can expect to be at least chest deep in the water. Please look at the descriptions below for information on each class.Water Walking workout is easy to do and fun for everyone. You may not be able, to walk on the water, but you can definitely walk in the water! We will work on posture, stability, and general strength. $10 per personAqua Tone and Stretch is for those who are comfortable jumping and floating in the water. - Increase muscles definition, burn calories, improve flexibility as well as overall feeling better. Group Fitness Pilates - Group Fitness Pilates - Spring 2025 - Minnie Mouse This mat and wall Pilates workout focuses on the body's core with the aim to improve strength, flexibility, mobility, and posture. This low impact workout focuses not on lifting huge weights and lots of reps, but rather on a steady flow of functional movements that help build muscle tone and improve balance. This workout is easily modified for varying fitness levels as the instructor will offer modifications for the novice participant as well as those with Pilates experience. The foundation of the class is on utilizing your core, which includes your back, hips and thighs. We will also include leg, arm and shoulder exercises for those who desire a full body workout.
