Swim Lesson Levels - Descriptions and Skills Level 1 Swim Lesson: Starfish The objective of Level 1 is to help students feel comfortable in the water and enjoy the water safely. The student learns elementary swimming skills including water adjustment, buoyancy, breath control, water entry and exit, and personal safety. Level 2 Swim Lesson: Jellyfish The objective of Level 2 is to give students success with fundamental skills. Students learn to float and glide on the front and back without support and are introduced to the arm action and kicking of the crawl stroke. Level 3 Swim Lesson: Goldfish The objective of level 3 is to build on the skills in Level 2 by providing additional guided practice. Students will learn to coordinate the crawl stroke with side breathing, backstroke, introduction to elementary backstroke, treading water, diving and safety rules. Level 4 Swim Lesson: Seahorse The objective of level 4 is to develop confidence in strokes learned thus far and improve other aquatic skills. Students will increase their endurance by swimming familiar strokes (elementary back, freestyle, back stroke) for greater distances than in level 3. Students will also have an introduction to Breaststroke and dolphin kick. Level 5 Swim Lesson: Dolphin The objective in Level 5 is coordination and refinement of key strokes. Students will perform the breaststroke and increase distances in the freestyle, backstroke and elementary backstroke. Students will be introduced to alternate side breathing and flip turns. Level 6: Orca/Pre-Swim TEAM The objective of level 6 is to improve technique and develop endurance in the 4 competitive strokes. Students swim with more ease, efficiency, power and smoothness over greater distances. They learn introductory swim team drills as well as skills.

In this exciting hands-on science course young learners become real scientists as they dive into fun, age-appropriate experiments that spark curiosity and creativity. 2026 Elite Day Camp - Week 2 - Elite Day Camp
pend the day participating in arts and crafts, fun sports competitions, organized games, gymnastics activities, and special events with guest presenters. Campers will enjoy a trip to the local pool for recreational swimming and a special event or field trip for each of the ten weekly sessions. Campers must be minimum age listed by first day of camp and no older than the maximum age listed by the first day of camp. Additional $10 will be added for on site day-of registration. Camp registration fee is per week. No camp June 19 and July 3; weeks will be prorated.*Please be advised parents/guardians will be charged a per-child late fee of $10.00 for arrival between 4:01PM-4:15PM, and an additional $1.00 per minute after 4:15PM. Late fees will be assessed the next day.*For children enrolled in after care, parents/guardians will be charged a per-child late fee of $10.00 for arrival between 6:01PM-6:15PM, and an additional $1.00 per minute after 6:15PM. A total of four golfers may share a tee time. Fees may be paid in full online, or in person after one player fee per group has been paid online.If a tee time is not available, please call the Pro Shop to see if a non-private reservation is still available for less than four golfers.RULES OF PLAY • Scheduled Tee times recommended but not required.
