Includes 4 pods, dining patio, stage and food prep area. Includes parking, garbage, electric, potable water, use of shower house, and administrative fee. Extra fees apply for RV hook-ups and people over max capacity.

Check In: 4pm on the first date of reservation. Check Out: 10am on the day AFTER your reservation.

All overnight stay pricing includes a 10am checkout on the day following the last date you book.

For example: I'm arriving Monday, June 1 and leaving June 5, so I book 6/1-6/4 because checkout on 6/5 is included in the pricing of the reservation.

Book your date of arrival and any following days. Do not book the date of your departure, it is included in your reservation. Check in at 4pm and check out by 10am the day following your last reservation date.

$1300 per day for up to 128 people

Additional Add-On Fees May Apply for Extra Persons over Max Capacity
  • Overnight Use: $7/person
If your total group does not fit into the max capacity rented, this extra fee is charged. Renter may bring tents, cots or RV dry camping (no hook-ups) for added capacity up to 160 overnight.
