Saturday, April 18, 2026 | 11AM to 2PM | Upper Merion Township Park and Lower Lot | 175 W. Valley Forge Road, King of Prussia PA 19406

Early Application (E) Deadline: January 27, 2026 | Regular Application (R) Deadline: March 31st, 2026

Priority is given to vendors who will be offering free demos/workshops/activities and/or products that center around sustainable goods, ideals, practices, themes, etc. (Sustainable- seen as a broad term meaning not only sustainable goods, energy, etc. but also sustainable lifestyles, including fitness, diet, mental health and so on). 
The application includes the following categories: Crafter (handmade items only), Small Artisan/Direct Sales/Small Business, Food Artisan (pre-packaged foods), Non-Profit/Community, or Promotional Vendor

Please Note the Following for this Event:
  • Tables, chairs, or tents will NOT be provided. Please bring your own.
  • Space allotted: 10'x10'
  • Set-up Time: 8AM to 10AM
  • Outside event. Rain or Shine.
  • No single-use plastic straws, utensils, or expanded polystyrene service products will be permitted at the event. Single-Use Product Regulations Ordinance

Insurance Requirement: For Any Vendors Intending to Sell Any Type of Food and/or Ingestible Items
All vendors looking to sell any food/drink or ingestible items; UMPR will require a copy of your insurance with Upper Merion Township and Upper Merion Township Foundation, located at 175 W. Valley Forge Rd. KOP, is listed as additionally insured. Your policy must showcase a general aggregate liability insurance of at least $1,000,000 and the policy period must include the event date. Additionally, please make sure you comply with the Montgomery County Health Department: https://www.montcopa.org/539/Temporary-Food-Service-Special-Event
