To enter the lottery for 2026 summer camp/childcare, register each child in this program. The lottery for the 26-27 school year will remain open for registration until March 31, 2026. After that, the lottery will close, and the lottery drawing will be conducted.
Children who have been selected via the lottery for a spot in camp/childcare will be notified via email. Additionally, the color group selected for the lottery will be posted on our homepage. You can cross-reference that with the color team listed on your child's invoice after April 8th, 2026.
Staff note: You will create a program for lottery registrants. If you need different class/age/grade divisions, set those up as separate activities (see below) Accept registrations until a cutoff date, create a team for Selected children and a team for Waitlisted children, then autodraft the registrants into these generic teams. The Selected team should have a seat cap for the amount of children that can be accepted into that age/grade/class level. You can have the second team be the lottery waitlist or Tier 2 winners. Draft from those names if a seat becomes available. Full instructions are available for this setup in our Knowledge Base.
