Setup as an Advanced Activity Example
- Advanced Activities do not have a waitlist function
- Advanced Activities Allow for Multiple Pricing Options (meaning you can allow customers to pay for 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, Entire Sessions, etc.)
- This means each day your roster could look difference based on the pricing option that a customer has chosen if that is how you set up your activity
- Multiple pricing options are not a requirement, you could just set up a Week price point and require registrants to attend the full week
- If using Payment Plans, there is more flexibility in the Advanced Activity Setup than in Standard Activities.
- Advanced Activity Payment Plans can be set to pull payment based on the week of camp the individual is registered for.
- With the ability to create multiple pricing options, you can create a payment plan price and a regular "Pay in Full" right now price point so customers can choose if they would like to pay now or later
- Standard Activity Payment Plans require a set schedule of payments (you choose the interval and amount to pull during Activity Setup)
- If you choose to create Standard Activities of 1-week of camp the way you previously did you would avoid this issue
